Become an Eship Affiliate Coach

The Affiliate Coach Program is designed to enable and equip an experienced business coach with knowledge of the core competencies, concepts, systematic approach, and tools that encompass the approach to business training, consulting, and coaching developed by the Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs (LIFE), a DBA of Eship Global, Inc.

Affiliate Coach Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The program is not designed to equip or qualify an applicant with coaching skills or business experience. An assessment of past experience is helpful to understand the capabilities and needs of a new Affiliate Coach.  For this reason, the Affiliate Coach Application Form is provided to gain an understanding of the applicants past coaching and business experience.

Affiliate Coaches agree to provide training, coaching, and consulting based on the proven models and methodologies contained in the LIFE approach, and not just rely on personal experience. LIFE models and methodologies are based on proven performance achieved at organizations like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Growth Institute.

The LIFE Affiliate Coach application process is designed to assess the applicants understanding of the LIFE core competencies, concepts, systematic approach and tools through completion and submittal of the LIFE Modified Business Model Canvas (MBMC) Workbook. Completion of the MBMC Workbook provides the opportunity for an applicant to display their knowledge and understanding of the LIFE approach.

Qualified Affiliate Coaches will be provided with unrestricted access to the course curriculum, Facilitation Manual, online and downloadable learning videos, student handouts, PowerPoints, and tools package for the applicable course(s). All materials are designed to equip a business coach to provide a local entrepreneur with guided support and practical application tools to successfully navigate all stages of the entrepreneurship journey from ideation, development and launch, through growth, scaling, and exit.

Affiliate Coach Qualifications

  • Step 1

    Form and CV Submission

    Complete an Affiliate Coach Application Form and submit a Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV). Applications will be reviewed on an individual basis for qualification to enter the program. Potential Affiliate Coaches should have some previous level of coaching and business experience to apply for the Affiliate Coach Program.

  • Complete Live or Online Course

    Potential Affiliate Coaches must attend a live version or complete the online version for an existing course to begin qualification for use of that applicable Coaching (Facilitation) Package.

    Complete & Submit LIFE MBMC Workbook

    Upon completion of a course with a Coaching (Facilitation) Package, potential Affiliate Coaches will complete and submit the applicable portion of the LIFE Modified Business Model Canvas (MBMC) Workbook showing application of course learning to their business (or sample business). The purpose of this requirement is for the potential coach to gain experience in practically applying the course concepts, principles, tools, and materials.

  • MBMC Workbooks Review

    Upon submittal, the completed MBMC Workbook will be reviewed for understanding and application of principles and concepts for the applicable course. Feedback will be provided back to the potential Affiliate Coach for improvement and, if necessary, a MBMC Workbook update and re-submittal. Completion and review of the MBMC Workbook will provide significant value to the Affiliate Coach to ensure understanding of concepts and their application for success in business.

    Become an Eship Affiliate Coach

    Upon approval of the completed MBMC Workbook, candidates will be:

    1) Designated as an “Affiliate Coach” for completion of the applicable course qualification requirements.

    2) Designated as an “Affiliate Coach of Entrepreneurship” for completion of the IDE, DE, and EO course qualification requirements.

    3) Provided access to all Affiliate Coach materials (See Section 1.2)

    4) Approved to participate in the monthly LIFE online Affiliate Coach Growth Sessions and Development Sessions (fees apply).

    5) Enabled to start their own ”Coaching” Ecosystem on the Global Entrepreneurship Alliance platform GEAecosystems.org.

    • Capital Raise Accelerator (in development)

Course Canvases and Tools Packages

  • Each course in the entrepreneurship journey contains a Tools Package to help guide the practical application of principles and concepts learned in the course.
  • The Tools Packages contain practical application worksheets that roll up into Canvases relating to each of the 10 sections of the LIFE Modified Business Model Canvas.

Certificates of Completion

Students attending Affiliate Coach courses are eligible to receive the following Certificates of Completion:

  • Certificate of Completion for each course
  • Certificate of Entrepreneurship for completion of all 3 courses covered by the MBMC Workbook; IDE, DE, and EO.

Optional Affiliate Coach Growth and Development Sessions

Affiliate Branding Opportunities

  • Affiliate Coaches will be allowed to add their company name and logo to course materials. LIFE branding that MUST remain on all materials.

Affiliate Coach Revenue Opportunities

  • Affiliate Coaches can receive 20% revenue (gross) on all additional student purchases tracked through an online Affiliate Marketing Program. Additional purchased would be for courses and offerings purchased directly from LIFE or Eship Global. To qualify, Affiliate Coaches must sign up for the Affiliate Marketing Program at the following link: https://www.eshiplearning.com/affiliate-registration/
  • This offer does not apply to specially discounted packages offered to Affiliate Coaches for bulk group purchases.

Eship/LIFE Website Promotion (if applicable)

  • Qualified Affiliate Coaches may exercise the option to be listed on the LIFE website under Coach Affiliates (coming soon).
